Terms of Service

Welcome to Pravya Beverages. By accessing our website or placing an order via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  • Product Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and nutritional info are accurate. However, since our drinks are 100% natural and freshly made, slight variations in color or taste may occur.
  • Health Disclaimer: While our products use premium healthy ingredients, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a doctor if you have specific nut allergies (Almonds, Pistachios).
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (₹). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. Here is how we handle your data:

  • Data Collection: We only collect the information you voluntarily provide (Name, Phone Number, Address) necessary to fulfill your order via our WhatsApp integration.
  • Data Usage: Your details are strictly used for delivery purposes and customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party marketing agencies.
  • Communication: By messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to receive order updates and occasional offers. You can opt-out by messaging "STOP" at any time.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Because Pravya 'Mamra Badam Boost' has ZERO preservatives and a shelf life of 1-2 days, our delivery process is strictly time-bound.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered the Next Morning. Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the following day.
  • Service Area: Currently, we deliver exclusively in and around the Shohratgarh region (UP). Please check delivery availability using your Pincode on the product page.
  • Receiving the Order: The product must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. We hold no responsibility for spoilage if the product is left outside at room temperature.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

As we deal in freshly prepared, perishable food items, our cancellation and refund policies are strict to maintain hygiene and quality.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your order up to 2 hours after placing it, or before 8:00 PM on the day of ordering, whichever is earlier. Once the batch preparation starts, orders cannot be canceled.
  • No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of the drink, we DO NOT accept returns once the product is delivered and accepted by the customer.
  • Refunds/Replacements: Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the glass bottle is damaged during transit or the seal is broken upon arrival. You must share an unboxing photo/video on our WhatsApp number (+91 8700996884) within 1 hour of delivery.
